How do I get paid for my containers?
You can choose cash on the spot, electronic payment through your Containers for Change Member Number, or donate your refund to a participating charity or community group.
Can I use my Containers for Change Member Number?
Yes. Quote your Member Number when you return eligible containers and your refund can be paid to your nominated bank account or PayPal account.
What containers are eligible?
Most eligible drink containers between 150mL and 3L with the Queensland 10c refund mark can be returned. If you're unsure, our team can help or you can view our eligible containers guide.
Do I need to sort my containers first?
No. Simply bring your eligible containers to us. Our automated return machines and experienced team can handle everything from a handful of containers to trailer loads.
Can businesses return containers?
Yes. We support commercial collections and high-volume returns for businesses, schools, clubs, offices, restaurants, hotels and community organisations across North Brisbane.
Where are your Bag Drop locations?
Our 24/7 Bag Drop locations include Sandgate, Bracken Ridge, Brighton and DFO Brisbane. Label your bags with your Member Number so we can process your refund after counting.
