What is it?
A Member Number is your Containers for Change account number.
After signing up for a Containers for Change account, you receive a Member Number. This was formerly known as a Scheme ID.

Because standard Bag Drop refunds are processed later, write your Member Number on every bag.
Using Drop & Go
Give us your Member Number when you drop off.
With Drop & Go, provide your name, mobile number and Containers for Change Member Number. We’ll process the refund through your account after your eligible containers have been counted.
You can leave after drop-off
There is no need to wait at the Sandgate depot while our team completes the count.
Your account controls the destination
The refund follows the payment details associated with your Containers for Change account.
